This track sees San Francisco’s Justin “J-Boogie” Boland expand on the reggae dub element of his eclectic Dubtronic Science project. Teamed with SF’s Jazz Mafia horn section, Boland’s groove emulates Jamaican dubmaster King Tubby’s splashy snares and minor chords while the Mafia sprinkles tasteful brass and reed solos over the instrumental mix.
